Sam Casella, FAICP, PP, is qualified to provide expert testimony in urban planning. Examples of his urban planning testimony include comprehensive planning, land development regulations, urban regeneration, economic development programs, tax increment financing, and historic preservation.

Sam holds a Master of Urban Planning degree from Hunter College and is a Fellow of the American Institute of Certified Planners, and a Professional Planner licensed in New Jersey. His 30+ years of experience in urban planning include work in government, university, and consulting. He is former president of the American Planning Association and former president of the American Institute of Certified Planners.
